Terms and Conditions

1. Online Course Policy

To access the online law drafting courses, you must verify that you have read and understood all the terms and conditions and agreed hereto. The term “online training” includes the e-module Web pages, main content, and all reference materials. Read all the Terms and Conditions carefully.

2. Use of Online Course Materials

All online training materials, along with references used in or related to the online training, are the property of the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs (MOLJPA)and may only be used for completion of the training course only. Permission to use the material in any other way must be obtained in writing from the MOLJPA. These materials are for the sole use of individuals registered for this online course or as approved by the MOLJPA.
As an online course registrant, you shall study all the materials that are part of the online training facility. You may also print any or all screen and pdf file pages for completing this online course. But sharing, communicating, publishing or in any manner distributing this course and materials is strictly prohibited. The terms and conditions regarding the use of materials apply upon registration for the training.

3. Online-Course Access Effective Period

This online course is designed to be completed within a period of 90 days. Registrants have access to each online-training six months from the date of registration.

4. Authenticity of the course materials

This online law drafting training course is developed by a group of experts under Enhancing Access to Justice through Institutional Reform Project. The content and views given as course materials does not represent the official position of MOLJPA and the A2J Project.

5. Complaints about a breach of Participation Rules

Any breach of these Terms of Conditions will result into the disqualification from taking this online law drafting course at any stage. In such case, the participants user name and password will be canceled. Appeal against such disqualification decision should be made by e-mail to info@a2jnepal.org

6. Certificate Claim

Participants can claim the certificate only after completing all modules and successfully obtaining at least 70% marks in all applicable quizzes.
